TEKTONIA SIDETABLE

The TEKTONIA tables by The Line Concept for Cosentino are part of the Breaking Boundaries Capsule Collection. In Breaking Boundaries, The Line Concept envisioned mixing soft and organic lines to challenge perceptions of stone as a hard, cold and sharp material used in design. The TEKTONIA tables are a tribute to the true origins of Earth's stones while celebrating the sustainable Dekton material in 4 mm thickness. The table is in an organic flowing shape symbolizing nature and Earth's patterns. Part of the table is sliced off to show layers of stone resembling Earth's Tectonic plates. The stratas of stone within the table further accentuate the flowing lines of nature both in stone and water, while the discreet exposed stone edges on the profiles how case the particular thinness of this material. The series includes a large and small feature table. The small table maybe displayed as closed, or separated in the middle to expose the layers of stone within.
