We have partnered with international shipping companies such as DHL and UPS to provide you with the best service possible.

For UAE Deliveries, shipping is free and there are no customs duties to pay; only a VAT of 5% that is already included in the price.

For INTERNATIONAL Deliveries, shipping is free and included in the price of your order. As customs duties are out of our control, we are unable to confirm the financial limits that exempt you from being charged. We are also unfortunately unable to advise what these customs duties may be as these are governed locally and not charged by The Line Concept.

Once you have finished shopping and proceed to checkout you will find a field called APPLY DISCOUNT CODE. Type your code in this field and click APPLY. The correct amount should be removed from your grand total.

Yes!! If you are an interior designer or an interior stylist, kindly send us an email to info@thelineconcept.com with your trade license and we will get back to you with details of our trade program.

As the items are made to order you are not able to change or get a refund for the order. If it is a bespoke order we are able to change the order during the design phase, however as soon as production starts you are not able to change design.

We guarantee a safe shopping experience on our website and we currently accept Apple pay, Visa and MasterCard credit cards. We also accept wire transfers and payments through payment link. We also offer payments through installment with Tabby.

You will be sent an email as soon as you have made the payment and continuous update. For international orders you will also receive an Airway Bill 'AWB' tracking code.

The Line Concept insures all purchases against theft and accidental damage during transit to your shipping address. This insurance coverage ends upon delivery and signature at the specified address. It is your right and responsibility to inspect all items during delivery. If you sign for delivery without alerting the driver of any damage, you assume responsibility for any damage to the merchandise. To ensure safe and undamaged delivery, all orders require proof of delivery, and packages cannot be delivered without a signature.

Yes, we provide recommendations according to your furniture requirements. Kindly book a consultation with a member of our team who can assist you. We offer consultancy on product / furniture placement, identity and selection in accordance with the needs of both residential and commercial projects. We prepare layouts and renders for the furniture. We do not get involved in decorative or fitout components of the design. We would be happy to recommend interior designers if you need a full interior design solution.
