- Order Confirmation: Upon receiving your order, we will send a confirmation email. This email confirms our acceptance of your order.
3. PRICING AND PAYMENT
- Pricing: All prices are listed in your selected or local currency and include applicable taxes.
- Payment: We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and online payment gateways. Payment must be made in full before dispatch.
- IP Address and Currency Conversion: By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which is automatically removed when you close your browser). This allows your selected currency to remain consistent while browsing the site and ensures prices display in your local currency.
4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
- We ship worldwide from our studio in Dubai. Shipping is complimentary and included in the price of your order.
- Estimated delivery timelines:

- GCC: 6–8 weeks
- International: 8 weeks
- Your estimated delivery date will be calculated at checkout based on your location. Each piece is made to order with care — our lead times reflect a dedication to quality craftsmanship and mindful production.
- Duties & Taxes: Import duties and taxes may apply depending on your destination and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
- In accordance with international regulations, we are unable to alter or understate invoice values. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details on any applicable charges prior to placing your order.
5. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
As all pieces are made to order, we begin production shortly after your purchase is confirmed. If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
After this period, your piece will be in production and we’re unable to accommodate cancellations or changes, as it is being crafted exclusively for you.

We endeavor to ensure that all product descriptions and images are accurate. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings and manufacturing processes.
