CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible through our efficient production processes. Given that all our items are made to order, we can offer a refund if the order is canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once production has begun, we are unable to offer a refund or returns, as the item is in the process of being created just for you. To request a cancellation, please contact us via email within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, the item will be in production and, unfortunately, cannot be canceled.

For bespoke orders, changes can be made during the design phase. However, once the design is approved and production has begun, no further changes can be made.

DEFECTS OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Should any issues arise with your order, kindly inform us at the time of delivery, and we will address it promptly. Please provide clear photos and a description to assist us. After delivery, we will review concerns on a case-by-case basis. Our rigorous Quality Control ensures your items are delivered flawlessly, making such issues rare.

Please note that we use natural veneers or natural solid wood for our wood furniture so variation in colours and wood knots on the surface are to be expected. We also use natural marbles, irregular colour and veining is also to be expected of this material as each slab is unique from the next. These observations do not make the product faulty.

WARRANTY

The Line Concept takes pride in its craftsmanship and quality, and provides a warranty for its products for one year from the date of purchase. This Warranty covers the replacement or repair of any product that has a manufacturing or material defect that is not the result of normal wear and tear, accidents, dropped, impacted with any hard surface, exposed to extreme heat (including fire) or a natural characteristic of the material used. Should any defects in materials or craftsmanship arise, we will repair or replace your furniture at no additional charge.
