IVES DESK

The IVES Desk has a single free-form surface, held up by two solid cylindrical legs. The top’s asymmetric edge softens what is otherwise a heavy, monolithic silhouette, giving the piece a sense of movement despite its stillness. Cast in a black ash veneer finish, it reads as one continuous mass rather than an assembly of parts. Function is worked into the form rather than added onto it. A concealed channel routes cables from the surface down through the leg, keeping cords out of sight and the desktop clear. One of the two cylindrical legs opens to reveal a hidden storage compartment. Numerous colors, finishes and sizes available.
